Hello friends. Donna here with my first layout using the HKC September kits (Main and CS Kit)
My task is to create something using the Hard work paper from Pinkfresh Studio Office Hours collection. I started with the white cardstock from the CS kit, trimmed an inch off one side then adhered to Bits & Pieces from Jen Hadfield This is family.

I cut several strips of paper from Home Sweet Home (Jen Hadfield – This is family) as well as from Hard work paper again and snipped off the ends as you can see in the image. I adhered it to the right side part to create a vertical section as the starting point of the layout design.
Then I fussy cut several of the circular patterns from Hard work and tucked under the paper strips. I also cut in half a white doily for a frilly touch and some fussy cut flowers from the Fun Times paper.
To create balance, I also added a small cluster of elements to the left side part where the green paper (Bits & Pieces) and white cardstock meet. The title is from a Pretty Little Studio die cut pack also included in the Main Kit.
Then I splattered some black spray mist (covering the photo first before splattering) for the final touch.
