Hello everyone! It’s Stephanie here today to share my new layout with you. For this page I used the stunning September kits and based the design on this week’s sketch.

 

 

I started my layout off my cutting some of the patterned papers and colored cardstock  into .5″ strips then cut those strips into 4.5″ long pieces. You do not need to be specific on the ones you choose, whichever bits and pieces you have left over from your kit will work perfectly, since most of them will end up covered up by photos. Then I simply weaved them into two squares, sewing them down in corners like the sketch.

 

 

Since I am using the weaved paper squares as the bases for my photos, I simply added them first then used the beautiful Indian Summer Die Cuts from the main kit and started embellishing until I was happy with the way it turned out. I added a couple of the Flair Buttons from the Embellishment kit and some splashes of ink around my layout to finish it off.
