Hi friends!

Each month I’m like: this kit is the best yet! This month is no different! I love every single piece and bit of the kits!

The layout I created has a very easy but fun mixed media technique with the October color kit and the October Pocket Life kit stamp and the amazing background leaf stamp. I stamped the background leaf stamp with embossing ink (I use Versamark, but any brand will do).

After stamping, I used a dry brush to apply the Lindy’s magicals that are in the color kit. Don’t you love how that turned out??! It gives a small shimmer and a really cool subtle background.

I did the same with the words October and Autumn from the Pocket life kit and did some shadow stamping with Pumice Stone distress Oxide ink.

I am totally in love with the leaf die set!! So I had to use it of course. I only glued down the bottom parts so that you will get more dimension in the leafs.

I finished it all off with one of the gorgeous crochet hearts and some of the felt stickers (ohhhh they are adorable!).
