Hello everyone, Julie back with you again today sharing my layout using one of our gorgeous cut files.

Want to create layouts like this? Our monthly kits include coordinated papers, embellishments, and supplies to bring your scrapbook pages to life.
My cut file is from August & is the Art is my Heart subscriber cut file.

I first added a small bit of mixed media to my white cardstock background, using Cotton Candy Spritz, from the September Color kit & mixing it with Catherine Pooler Limoncello & some splatters of Catherine Pooler Something Borrowed, out the August Color Kit, as the cut file is open these gave a good base.

I laid my cut file onto the cardstock & lightly drew around it & then punched holes all around the edge. This was so I could add some embroidery threads. I choose colours to match the embellishments & starting at the bottom right, below the photo, I added the threads in a fan shape, using all the colours & then I glued the cut file on top.

Using the cards, from the September Project Life Kit & a few papers, from the September Main Kit, I drew out the letters for ‘Art is my’ & added them inside the cut file on foam tape.

I then set about embellishing the page, fussy cutting the fab pencil, pen & paintbrush icons out the Project Life card & added those up out the top of the cut file & clustered lots of the exclusive die cuts out the September Days pack in the Embellishment kit, around my photo, along with a couple of chipboard flair, from Pinkfresh Studio, again from the Embellishment kit & the gorgeous Happy Place puffy phrase sticker out the September Days pack in the Main kit.

I’ve also added a few ‘coffee rings’ by dipping a jar top into some of the Something Borrowed ink & adding onto the page.

Thanks so much for stopping by today & I hope I’ve inspired you to pop on over & take a look at the cut files available in the shop.
Julie xoxo
