Hi friends, thanks so much for coming by. Today my focus is on green! Every shade of it I could find in the September 2021 Hip Kits. Including paper, embellishments and exclusives.
First I punched a 1.25″ circle out of scrap, folded it in half and cut it in half. This was my semicircle template for my layout. I punched anything green I could find in the September Kit. I also added the green stars off the Exclusive Clear Stickers sheet to a white circle, then cut those in half too.

To make five concentric circles, evenly spaced, I used my Cameo with a pencil and drew them onto my white cardstock background. The largest is 10.5″, then 9″, 7.50″, 6″, 4.5″.
I arranged all the patterned semi-circles around the pencil lines. Then pierced holes about .25″ apart all around each circle for stitching. I’ve chain stitched with 6 strands of DMC Thread (Colour B5200).
Once my background was made, I added a large cluster of ephemera on the lower right of my background. Again, focusing on anything green.
A smaller cluster sits above and left of my photo to balance it all out.
This is me at 21 ! More than a few birthdays ago. I was asking my cat Dillin to wave at the camera. As I remember, he wasn’t too interested 😀
