Hey everyone! Suzanne here to share my latest layout for today’s Mixed-Media Monday! I’ve used a healthy mix of our September Hip Kits to complete this simple layout.
This background was very easy to create. I simply dripped (holding it high in some spots to get those natural looking splatters) shimmery ink onto my white cardstock background until I was satisfied with the ink’s placement and intensity. I dried the background halfway and allowed the rest to air dry.

I am a huge fan of layering, and the HKC exclusive acetate stars are the perfect accent for tucking between layers for added interest and dimension!
The acetate leaves and wood chip numbers (shown above) are also HKC exclusive sticker sheets included in the September Kits! Let’s not forget about the jean pockets-I’m pretty sure I’ve used them on all of my layouts this month!
