Hi friends, it’s Mari Clarke here for some cut file inspiration using the beautiful September 2021 Hip Kits!  I chose to use the exclusive Hip Kit  Floral Apple and So Much Fun cut files designed by Kim Watson!  These cut files are available on the Hip Kit web site!

I cut the Floral Apple from white card stock and backed the flowers and leaves with patterned paper from the September 2021 paper kit.  To create the orange on the one flower, I added some of the Shimmerz Orange Sherbet from the Color Kit to some white card stock.

I fussy cut some of the apples from the Teacher’s Pet patterned paper.  I layered the apples together with foam adhesive.  I also added some machine stitching to one of the apples shown above in this photo.  These are such sweet embellishments on the layout!

The So Much Fun file was cut from the Bubble Tea patterned paper and the Stream coral card stock from the card stock kit.  I layered the coral paper over the Bubble Tea paper with foam adhesive to add some dimension to the title area.

I added some of the Vibez Mango Tango to some texture paste.  I added this through the Christmas Branch Stencil onto a piece of 11×11 white card stock.  This provides the perfect base for the cut files and the complete design. I love the products in the Color Kit!

I added machine stitching around the outer edge of the white card stock and adhered that to the So Many Reasons patterned paper. I added some of the PinkFresh The Best Day enamel dots to the layout to the top left of the photo and below the journaling.

I added my 3×2 inch photo to some layers of card stock and patterned paper as well as one of the pocket life cards. I added an ephemera phrase piece from the PinkFresh Best Day pack to the left side of the photo.  I added some journaling strips to the layout with some foam adhesive.  I also added some white paint splatters to complete the layout.
