Hello Hip Kit friends, Becki here to share a layout with you that I created with the May 2021 kits. This layout is inspired by the May mood board. The design team was challenged to focus on three colors from the mood board to create a project.

Here’s the layout I created with the GORGEOUS May kits. I used the Main Kit and the Embellishment kit:

And….here’s the mood board designed by Amanda-Jayne:

I chose to work with yellow, peachy-pink, and blue. This layout is full of florals and hand-stitching, two of my favorite things.

The Wonders collection by Paige Evans and American Crafts has gorgeous florals. They’re perfect for hand-stitching!! Added a few buttons from my stash in the center of the flowers for a little extra pop!

Behind the photos I added strips of patterned paper from Pink Fresh Studio. I stitched along the left side of the strips with coordinating embroidery floss. The stitching added the perfect amount of texture!
