Hi Hip Kit friends!

Katarina Prevendarova here again sharing another layout featuring the gorgeous October 2020 kits, inspired by our November moodboard designed by Emilie.

 

 

My assignment today was to create a family themed layout.

 

 

I was inspired by many elements of the moodboard. I loved the blue and yellow color from the top left picture, all the circles, and the composition of the bottom right picture.

 

 

I used the pretty polka dot paper from the Cozy days collection, cut a bunch of circles of different sizes to it and backed it with the Bazzil Beeswax yellow cardstock from the Cardstock Kit using some adhesive foam to create a bit of dimension. Then I added my photos that I also cut into circles and played with each of the circles to embellish them.

 

 

I made a little shaker pocket from one of the circles using a piece of acetate foil and some sequins from my stash.

 

 

For my title I used the Gold Puffy Phrase Thickers from the Main Kit.

 

 

I love all the little animals that can be found in the Simple Stories Cozy Days sticker book that came in the Pocket Life Kit so I used them in several spots around my layout.

 

 

 

And this is my finished project.
