Hi friends! Autumn has arrived here in the UK and it is one of my favourite times of the year.  Although the days are cooler, it is a good excuse to bundle up and get cosy.  The beautiful soft colours in the September kits are so inspiring. I wanted to create a small album with some of my favourite photographs from this year so I could remember the good times during the long nights ahead of us.

To add a wow factor to the cover, I created a simple shaker frame using one of the gorgeous Pink Fresh Studio frames found in the Embellishment kit.  I die-cut some tiny leaves and added sequins before sealing the back with one of the lovely cards from the Pocket Life kit.

The Crate Paper Marigold Chipboard included with the September Embellishment kit is stunning. I layered a pocket life card, some tulle and the chipboard pieces to create a stunning pretty page. I’ve used ribbon and trims from my stash along with the two pins that you can see here.

The inside pages have some of my favourite photos from this year.  As the album is so small the decoration is simple.  The Pink Fresh Studio die-cut florals are so stunning – I’ve layered them to decorate each page. The journal stickers are in the Marigold Sticker book (the Pocket Life Kit).

I’ve used pocket life cards and the Marigold cut apart sheet to create more interest.  The ‘So Sweet’ tag sits inside a pocket so I can add more journaling or photos.

There are cute Jen Hadfield Wood Veneer shapes in the September Embellishment kit – great to add more texture to a page.

I have created a short flip through video of the tag album so you can see the pages and flow a little better.
