Hi everyone, Anke here sharing my layout for this week’s Friday Challenge, featuring the February Hip Kits.
It’s a Recipe Challenge this week and the “Ingredients” are: gold, 2-3 photos, black and white accents, 3 different papers, fussy cut elements, frame and stitching.

I chose the Heidi Swapp Artwalk – Sea to Sky Paper for my layout background because it matches the color of the door on my photo perfectly. I sewed it on the cardstock and ripped of a bit to get a distressed edge. I added my photos which I layered with pieces of the Pink Paislee – Paige Evans Bloomstreet Paper #22 and placed one of the Pinkfresh Studio – Noteworthy – Puffy Frames behind them.
To add black and white accents  I stamped and fussy cut some flowers and arranged them around my photos mixed with other flowers and plants which I fussy cut from the Pinkfresh Studio – Noteworthy – Positive Mindset Paper and the Pink Paislee Paige Evans Boomstreet # 12 Paper and two chevron arrows from the Bloomstreet #24 Paper.
For the title I used the Pebbles – Jen Hadfield Hey Hello – Gold Phrase Tickers which are included in the February Embellishment Kit combined with a fussy cut saying from the Pinkfresh Studio – Noteworthy – Positive Mindset Paper.
I printed my journaling on vellum , placed it underneath the title and added some machine stitching.
Finally I embellished the layout with stickers and enamel dots.
