Hello HKC friends. I am so happy to be able to share this little Mini Album with you! I even used one of the little party favor bags I made for HKC’s YouTube channel in this mini album. You can watch that video here. I love when I can use something I made in a different way than intended.
For the cover of this Mini Album I used a FREE cut file from the November 2018 files. I used my machine and sewed a piece of acetate from the May 2019 Paper Kit behind the file. To give it dimension I used a few pop dots from my stash. The cute little “xoxo” charm hanging from the “G” is from the April 2019 Embellishment Kit .

In the photo below, I wanted to keep the quilted feel of the little squares paper by Paige Evans , so I used a zig zag stitch around each square.
This Mini Album is going to be gifted to a friend of mine, so I made spots for wallet sized photos and gave her a little cheat sheet so she knew where to put the photos. I also wanted to make sure she had room for journaling so each photo flips up and has space for just that (see last photo). I left extra room open for journaling because she loves to write.
Do you recognize the little “hello” party favor bag? I made a few party favor bags on HKC’s YouTube channel and used one in this project!!!! I was so excited to use it in this Mini Album and love how it’s now a little note card pocket. If you would like to see how I made it you can do so here.
If you have a friend that would love a little Mini Album this is a fun little way to make them one and they can add their own photos. You can even include a few little stickers and die cuts for them to add after they place their photos. I hope I have inspired you to give it a try.
