Hey friends, Jen Schow here! I hope you’re enjoying your April kits as much as I am. I love the combination of pinks, blues, and purples. The layout I want to share with you today uses only the main kit.

Another thing I love about the main kit this month is the fact that there are a few papers that are perfect for fussy cutting. There are always plenty of embellishments included, but I love when I can stretch it even further by embellishing with the patterned papers!
I cut up that gorgeous navy floral and used it as a focal piece on my layout about meeting Hip Kit’s own Kimberly Hutchison!
I embellished with some of the die cuts from the Horizon ephemera pack and some words that I fussy cut from a Horizon patterned paper. I used the gorgeous exclusive acetate letters for my title!
I kept this layout fairly simple, but the striped pattern peeking through the torn cardstock adds a lot of interest and I love the way it looks!
