Hello everyone, and a Happy New Year! I hope you had an awesome start into 2019!? Today I’d like to show you my latest layout, using the incredible December 2018 Main & Embellishment Kit, packed with tons of lovely HKC exclusives. Kimberley and Kim did such an awesome job with this!
My layout is inspired by the January Moodboard, which will be perfect for the January 2019 Kits, you’ll see! But since I don’t have it here by now, I took my inspiration from the photo with the black polka dots.

There is no black patterned paper in the Kit, so I used the dark blue one with the leaves and berries. I cut a slightly smaller than 6×12″ piece of it, and glued it down on the left side of the white cardstock from the Cardstock Kit.
Then I punched some small circles from the same paper with a circle punch and glued them down on the right side.
As always, I did a lot of layering and clustering on my layout, and the Die Cuts and Chipboard elements from the Kit were just perfect for this!
To make the layout a little more interesting, I punched out some circles from other papers in the kit, and also used some small embellishments like the little black bird and the fussy cut cup.
Puffy stickers are always a good idea to add some small accents, like the tiny, tiny stars you can see below.
