Happy New Year everyone!
Jana back again with you and i have a new Layout to share.
This Layout is about me and my oldest son, having a great time with snapchat filters! My son is seventeen now and pictures with mommy are not his favorite thing to do. But thanks to the magic of funny filters i am getting some new photos from time to time…
I am working with the awesome December 2018 #hipkits and my assigment for today: Cut files! I grabbed the Holly Jolly file (for subscribers only – you can find all of the freebies in the HipKitClub Store) and started with cutting it out twice. One with white cardstock and the other one with a dark blue patterned paper, which is the shadow for the white one.

I grabbed a lot of pink and dark blue for this layout, just because you´ll find the same colors in the photos. The exclusives are stunning and you will get a lot of them in all of the kits. There is a huge pack of christmas ornaments and snowflakes in the December 2018 Embellishment Kit and i scattered some of them around the page.

You´ll find some exclusive chipboard stickers in the Main Kit and there are some stunning very dark blue trees, which are a perfect for a masculine touch. I really love to use dark colors for contrast!

I also used a touch of red and green here, just for the christmas feel. One of the Shimmerz Paints colors, from the Color Kit, were used for the background and helped to let the big cutfile words pop off the page.

There are some cute animals on some of the exclusive Project Life cards and i fussy cut one of them out and placed it on top of one of the photos, in a little cluster of flowers.

I really love how this layout turned out and i totally love the December 2018 Kits! So much exclusive things, so much to use and it is always, always, a hard time to narrow down the pretty stuff!
