Meet Vicki Parker

VICKI PARKER-01

Hi everyone, my name is Vicki and I live in the UK with my hubby of 16 years and our two staffordshire bull terriers who are essentially my hairy children and feature in a lot of my scrapbook layouts along with my beautiful nieces. I’ve lived in the South West of England most of my life (in village, town and city at varying times), but I also lived and wet to High School in Nova Scotia, Canada for 3 years in between.

I started my crafting life making cards about 16 years ago, but because we were renovating our house, I found myself without a place to create for a while. At that time, I found digital scrapbooking and did this for a few years as well as designing kits which were sold in a couple of digital stores. However, because I spent so much time on the computer at work, I soon realized that I wasn’t enjoying it as much as I did at the start. That’s when I really started to scrap with paper and there was no looking back!

Want to create layouts like this? Our monthly kits include coordinated papers, embellishments, and supplies to bring your scrapbook pages to life.

I recently joined the design team for GoGo Getaway Retreats in the UK, and am now very excited to be designing with the gorgeous Hip Kits.  Tomorrow I will be sharing my first “stash busting” project tomorrow on our HKC Facebook Group!  Be sure to stop by to check it out!

You can find more of my work here:

Here are some of my recent layouts that I have created with my Hip Kits!  Enjoy!
