Hi Hipkit fans, it’s Friday which means it’s a sketch day! Yay! You can join in with our challenge on the Hip Kit Member Forum on Facebook and have a chance to win a sweet store voucher, or you can just play along at home. Either way, we hope you join us!
Marinette & Jung are here today with their interpretation of the sketch. Here is this week’s sketch :

Hi there! Today I have a new Traveler’s Notebook spread to share with you all! I always love to have a different approach on sketches. You don’t have to follow all the design, feel free to have your own interpretation as I did ::

The big circle is a handmade drawn around my ampersand ::
And the top left part on the sketch is on the right page of my TN. That’s why I love sketches : you can customize them to make your own interpretation.
Thanks for stopping by 😉 Xo. Marinette

Hey friends! I am here to share my take on the sketch this week. I really like sketches; they can be super helpful when you’re in a bit of a creative slump. I used the November 2017 HKC wreath cut file designed by Terhi, and the cute photo of my little one as my starting point.

I used a mixture of the January 2018 hip kits: the Main kit, the Embellishment kit, the Project Life kit, and the Color kit, and the navy cardstock is from the December 2017 cardstock kit.

I really love how this layout turned out, and I hope you do too. Don’t forget to play along with us using the sketch…you can interpret it as closely or as loosely as you fell comfortable! Thanks for stopping by!
