Hello. It’s Anna here. I want to show You today two projects created with June 2016 kits.
First project – layout – was inspired by one of the Irit pages. She used exclusive june cut files designed by Andrea Bethke. I also wanted to use those flowers in one of my pages.
I used craft cardstock from Cardstock Kit as a base of my layout. I cut the flowers using Silhouette Cameo and glued them to my base. I covered it with a thin layer of gesso and painted with watercolors. It was really fun and easy process.
I used gorgeus paper with grid patterns from Fance Free collection to create a composition around my flowers. You can find this paper in Main Kit.
I used small square pictures because I didn’t want to cover my background (as I planned before I painted the flowers). I used few Fancy Free buttons and rubber shapes from “Bloom” collection from Crate Paper. They both came with Embellishment Kit.
I also picked few ellements from Project Life ephemera pack from Embellishment Kit. My title “Say yes” is from Dear Lizzy Watercolor Die Cut Phrases from Main Kit. I decided to leave it as it was, becasue I didn’t want it to compete with roses.
Enamel dots from Project Life Kit and Gold Foil Stickers from Embellishment Kit were my final touch with this page.
You can watch whole process in the video 🙂
My second project for today are two cards. I created them with leftovers of Fance Free paper. They are both similar, with the same type of composition. The pink one has a Polish inscription “Happy birthday” and the dotted one is also perfect for birthdays. I reached for some exclusive ephemeras from Main Kit designed by Kim Watson.
That’s all for today. I hope I inspired You a little bit and see You next week on Facebook.
XO Anna
