Hi everyone, I am excited to be back with another layout, featuring the June Hip Kits. After last week´s flowery scrapbooking page , I wanted to create another happy & light layout.

The selfie my husband and I recently took was the perfect fit for this page. Instead of adding a date stamp, I decided to use alphabet stickers and a card from the project life kit to create the date. In Germany, you write day before month, so I attached the 29 on top of the month and the year below. I really like the dynamic of combining title and date.

The yellow triangles on the bottom of the page were created with the mask from the art journaling kit as well as the yellow spray. I used a sponge to add the color to the mask, this creates a sharp image.
The die cut arrow was not long enough,so I cut it into 2 pieces and added one on the left side of the puffy banner and the other one on the right.
Have you tried rolling a paper corner? I wanted a little of the yellow from underneath to peek out, the little paper roll was the perfect way to do it.
The second project I´d like to share today are 2 small boxes. I used craft cardstock from the
cardstock kit to create the boxes, then I added vellum and patterned paper.
The flowers are diecuts which I attached on top of each other, using dimensional dots. I love how easy it is to create cute gift wrappings, you can even use scraps to decorate them.
