Hello Hip Kit Club fans!  Last week I created a layout using the free cut file that can be downloaded from our Member Forum on Facebook.  This week, I took the the X’s and O’s that I didn’t use and created another fun summer-themed layout (also using the June 2015 Hip Kits) that I have to share with you today…

I placed the X’s and O’s on my page in rows of four and then stamped behind the O’s using the burst stamp and yellow ink from the June 2015 Color Kit.  Then I stitched them to my page using my sewing machine and began embellishing.

I’ve been on a teeny tiny photo printing kick so I sized the two photographs on this page to fit inside the die cut frame from Crate Paper and then placed it towards the bottom right of my page next to another frame that I used to house my journaling which I printed on vellum.

I added lots of ephemera and embellishments from the Crate Paper Poolside Collection that are all available in the June 2015 Main Kit. I especially love the clear acetate words and how they direct the eye around my layout.
