Hi everyone! Alex here today, bringing you one happy and colorful layout that I made using the February Hip Kit and Add Ons.
The second I saw the My Mind’s Eye Jubilee Inked paper, I fell in love! A part of me just wanted to frame it and hoard it forever! I let it take a lot of space on this layout. To make my photo pop out from all that color, I kept a pretty wide white frame when I printed it. Since the papers and colors are very bold themselves, I didn’t use that many embellishments. My title “you & me” is a chipboard from the February Embellishment kit. So is the “recorded” pin.

To add some texture to the page, I teared one of the edges instead of cutting it.
I love how nicely the washi tape from Heidi Swapp, included in the Embellishment kit, matches the MME papers. I used two longs strips of it to frame my layout.
