With the 6×6 We R Memory Keepers paper pad in the February Embellishment Kit and the beautiful 12×12 papers in the February Main Kit, I had many options to go with when I sat down to create this next layout. As I was sifting through my papers several of the neutral papers really caught my eye-specificly the dark grey and black & white papers and this led me to use one of my favorite techniques-mixing a lot of neutrals with a little bit of color.
I also chose mostly neutral embelishments-a gold chipboard piece, gold rub-on hearts, black enamel dots, black and white washi, and a woodgrain banner. This allowed the perfect background for the pink to standout and lead your eyes around the page.
