Let’s Play with Dies and Stamps !

Hello friends !

It’s Sophie on the blog today with this layout created with the December 2023 kits

Want to create layouts like this? Our monthly kits include coordinated papers, embellishments, and supplies to bring your scrapbook pages to life.

I focussed on the December 2023 Pocket Life Stamp Set and the November 2023 Spruce and Holly Metal Die Set to build my page.

I also wanted to use this GORGEOUS patterned paper from the December paper kit : HKC Exclusive – Cozy Adventures – Winter Woods Paper as the base of my page.

I cut half of the Winter Woods paper and placed it on the right side of a 12×12 white cardstock.

I stamped my title on the left, just next to my photo, using two stamps from the stamp set: « December » and « Hugs », and used repetition as a beautiful way to make the title stand out.

Then, I created a huge cluster of wintery florals and leaves, adding numerous spruces and holly cut out of thick white cardstock from the metal die set.

I scattered tiny snowflakes and other branches from the stamp set around the page, adding a little black touch, for a beautiful recall of the black title and my black and white photo.

Ohh how I LOVED creating this layout ! The December kits are so versatile ! Did you ever create a title with the stamp sets by stamping directly on your pages ? It’s sometimes a little bit risky…but the result it always amazing !

Thank you for stopping by,

Sophie xx
