Let’s Use Cut Files

Hi everyone, Anke here with a new layout inspiration for Hip Kit Club featuring the October 2023 Hip Kits. I created a Fall themed layout using two of our exclusive cut files.

 

 

I chose the October 2023 “Floral” cut file and the October 2023 “Pumpkin Cluster” cut file and cut them from white cardstock. Then I backed the cut files. Therefore I used the “Hip Kit Club Exclusive – Essential Solids – Shadow Blue”, “Clementine” , “Orange Fizz” , “Petal” , “Travel Red” and “Sky Blue” papers, all included in the October Cardstock Kit, and the “Fall Vibes – Nuts for Fall” paper.

 

 

I picked out some of the 6×8 double sided papers, which are included in the October Pocket Life Kit and the “Fall Vibes – Color of Change” paper, cut some paper strips and rolled them. I placed my photo on my page and arranged the paper rolls on both sides. Then I added the cut files. I placed a floral cluster on each side and the pumpkin cluster in the bottom right corner.

 

 

Then I used the “October 2023 Fall Clipboard Frame & Leaves Metal Die Set”, cut a clip from white cardstock, attached it to my photo and added a piece of twine.

 

 

I continued embellishing my layout with some leaves, which I fussy cut from the “Fall Vibes – Leaf Tangle” paper and the “Nuts for Fall” paper. And I also added some leaves which I cut from vellum and white cardstock using the “October 2023 Leaves Metal Die Set”. My title is from the “Engraved Wood Veneer Stickers” pack, which is included in the October Embellishment Kit.

 

 

I chose one of the crocheted hearts from the October Embellishment Kit and added it to my page, combined with some die cuts from the “Fall Vibes – Cardstock Ephemera” pack, which you can find in the October Main Kit.

 

 

I added some cardstock stickers from the October Main Kit…

 

 

…and puffy stickers from the October Embellishment Kit. Finally I added some of the “Fall Vibes Pearls”, which you can also find in the October Embellishment Kit.

 

 

This is my finished layout. I hope you like it and feel inspired to use some cut files on your next project.
