LET’S CREATE WITH THE JUNE 2023 ALPHABET METAL DIE – ANKE KRAMER – JUNE 2023 HIP KITS

Hi everyone, Anke here with a new layout inspiration for Hip Kit Club, featuring the gorgeous June Hip Kits. My assignment for this layout was to use the “June 2023 Alphabet Metal Die” and to incorporate mixed media and cut files.

I chose the “April 2023 Sunburst Cut File” and cut it from white cardstock. Then I applied modeling paste on a piece of the “Hip Kit Club Exclusive-Essential Solids-“Destiny Aqua Cardstock” , which is included in the June Cardstock Kit using the stencil from the June Color Kit. When the paste was dry I glued the cardstock behind the “Sunburst” cut file. I used foam tape for more dimension.

Then I cut out clouds, some birds and a sun using the “May 2023 Cloud Metal Die Set” . I cut the clouds and the birds from white cardstock and the sun from the “Essential Solids – Dreamy Yellow Cardstock” , which is included in the June Cardstock Kit.

I arranged the die cuts on the “Sunburst” background and adhered them.

I layered my photo with some pieces of chipboard from the “Free Spirit – Chipboard Die Cuts” pack, which is included in the June Embellishment Kit.

Then I added one of the “Double Sided Envelope Die Cuts”, which you can find in the June Main Kit. I picked out some die cuts from the “Free Spirit – Ephemera” pack, which is also included in the June Main Kit and placed them around my photo.

I also added some of the “Free Spirit – Floral Die Cuts”, which are included in the June Embellishment Kit.

I adhered everything and chose some stickers from the “Free Spirit – Sticker Book”, also included in the June Embellishment Kit. I glued the stickers on white cardstock, cut them out and added them to my layout.

Then I used the “June 2023 Alphabet Metal Die” to make my title. As you may know, I like dimension on my layouts, so I cut the letters for my title six times from white cardstock and layered them. Then I cut the letters from the “Essential Solids – Cave Dive Blue Cardstock”, and glued them on the white letters. My letters look like chipboard alphabet stickers now and I really love how they turned out.

Finally I added two chipboard stickers and another sticker from the “Free Spirit – Sticker Book” and some Nuvo Drops from my stash.

My layout is finished. I hope you like it and feel inspired to get out your kits and create a beautiful project.
