Hi Hip Kit friends, it’s Romy sharing my latest layout using the April 2022 Hip Kits.
Sometimes you see an off set title using the cut file twice. But for today’s technique I cut out the exclusive mandela cut file twice: one in white and one in blue (‘Frost’ cardstock, included in the Cardstock Kit). Then I placed it on top of each other for more dimension.

My background is the beautiful soft blue ‘Sing Out Loud’ patterned paper b-side (included in the Main Kit) with a piece of ‘Frost’ cardstock on the left side. Behind the cut file I used the pretty stencil (included in the Color Kit) with modeling paste.
The flowers are fussy cut from the ‘Delightful’ patterned paper (included in the Main Kit) and placed left of the page. Between the black and white flowers I tucked some soft pink flowers and puffy stickers (included in the Embellishment Kit). For my title I used one of the exclusive cut files.
