It’s Yvette here, and today I would like to share a favorite technique that I like to use, hand-stitching. It’s a great way of adding texture and interest to your project.

Today I am using the May 2022 Hip Kits to create this fun Masculine page using circles.
Once I had my design draw out, I added my stitching using four different colors of embroidery thread, making sure to selected colors as close as I can get, to the patterned papers used for this layout.
Multiple sized punches from my stash were used to create the circles. I distressed the edges of each of the circles a bit before adhering them to my page with foam tape. This help to create some added height and dimension.
I used the LOVE YOU stamp from the Jen Hadfield Live & Let Grow – clear stamps set found in the May 2022 Embellishment kit to fill in the left area of my design before adding my photos and embellishments.
I finished off my layout by adding some hand-stitching across my title, using the Woodgrain Alphabet Thickers from the May 2022 Pocket Life Kit.
