I’m excited to share my new post with you that focuses on a specific technique.

Grids may not be that new, but they are a great go to when you’re trying to think where to start on a page, and the Sweet Thing paper in the February kit with the tags was calling to me to use it!

 

 

I find it often helps to somehow create a physical grid either by drawing, painting or stitching, like I did here. Also, the dot pattern on the exclusive cardstock really helps to line things up perfectly.

 

 

All the Pinkfresh Happy Heart goodies were perfect for little embellies for each tag – as were the Simple Stories chipboard hearts…

 

 

I’m so in love with everything in this kit – it’s so hard to choose a favourite! Although those butterflies are pretty close to it 🙂 Do you have one?
