Hello everyone! Christina here with a new scrapbooking inspiration for you, using the January 2022 Hip Kits. For today’s post, I created two cards that each have a surprise inside – when you fold them up, there’s an extra pocket which means extra space for tags, notes, greetings etc.

The base for my first card is a piece of 10,5″ x 6″ cardstock, scored and folded at 4″ and 8″.
This it what the card looks like when you fold it up:
(I added small velcro dots so it’s easier to close the card, but they are not a necessity if you don’t have them on hand!)
And this is how it looks like when you further fold it up. Here’s the extra pocket that holds a tag.
And this is the second card, also 10,5″ x 6″ cardstock, scored and folded at 4″ and 8″. But this time upright.
On the inside, I created the pocket by glueing down the 6″ x 2,5″ part at the top and the bottom. It holds another, smaller card, and the pocket was decorated with fussy cut flowers, leaves and small stickers.
