Hello Hip Kit friends, Anke here wishing you all the best for the new year. Today is Product Focus Wednesday and I focused on the puffy stickers which are included in the December Main and Pocket Life Kits. I used the December 2021 Hip Kits and metal dies to create a New Year layout.
First I cut off a piece of the Hip Kit Club Exclusive – Big Chill – Favorite PJ’s paper and sewed it on a 9×12″ piece of white cardstock. I wanted photos in tag shape so I used the smallest of the nested tag dies to cut small tags from my photos.
I layered them with larger tags which I cut from the Hip kit Club Exclusive – Big Chill – Snow Angel paper, using the medium tag die. Then I fussy cut some leaves and blossoms from the Hip Kit Club Exclusive – Big Chill – Winter Floral paper to embellish the tags.
I also added a snowflake and a flower from the Ombre Puffy Shape Stickers which are included in the December Main Kit and a smaller flower from the Puffy Shape Stickers pack which you can find in the December Pocket Life Kit.
Then I cut some labels from the Water Cabin paper and added them to the tags.
I backed the tags with pieces of the same paper and glued them on my page. I picked out some more puffy stickers like a star and tiny hearts and leaves. I continued embellishing the layout with some of the Hip Kit Club Exclusive – Big Chill – Chipboard Stickers which are included in the December Embellishment Kit.
Then I pulled a piece of twine through the hole of each tag and attatched it with staples and glue.
For the title I chose two of the Hip Kit Club Exclusive – Big Chill -Chipboard Shape Stickers from the December Embellishment Kit and a small bow from the Big Chill – Puffy Shape Stickers pack which you can find in the December Pocket Life Kit.
Finally I added black color splatters, some Nuvo Dots (included in the December Color Kit) and more chipboard stickers.
Here you can see the finished layout. I hope you like how it turned out.
Thanks so much for stopping by today.
Anke xx
Hi Anke, I am head over heels for your LO ! The layers and pretty things bundled up on the tags is gorgeous. I really adore how the twine has strung them together with whimsy too 💗💗xK
