Hello everyone, Julie back with you again today sharing my layout using a cut file & the gorgeous, exclusive 2021 November hip kits.

I loved this cut file as soon as I saw it & knew I wanted to use it. I cut it out of white cardstock & added some splatters in the 3 ink colors, Polished, Seafoam & Hot Tub from the Catherine Pooler inks & stamped a few stars, off the stamp set, which I embossed with the Silver Tinsel Embossing powder, all out the color kit.
Before I stuck the cut file down I backed the December word with some of the B side of the Sparkle Bright paper to make it stand out. I then stuck the whole cut file to the B side of the SO Cosy paper, the dark blue color really makes it pop!!!
I added a frame to my photo, out the pack in the embellishment kit & attached that above the December word. Using the acetate numbers, again from the embellishment kit, I snaked them down the page & around the photo & sewed them into place & then added my embellishment clusters on either side of the photo & down towards the bottom.
I used 3 chipboard flair pieces, a mini puffy sticker & some white acrylic paint splatters to finish the page.
