Today is Mixed Media Monday ! So I had fun playing with the November 2021 Color kit for my background !
I mixed the Catherine Pooler Seafoam Dye Ink Pad and Hot Tub Dye Ink Pad with water and let them run on thick white cardstock for my background.
I let it dry completely and then stamped a few beautiful snowflakes from the HKC Exclusive Wish Season 4″x 6″ Photopolymer Stamp Set (November 2021 Metal Die set) and heat embossed them with white embossing powder.
I finally added white splatters everywhere on the background to mimic snow.
I centered my black and white photo on the page and embellished around it with HKC Exclusive Wish Season Ephemera (November Main kit) and Wish Season Floral Die Cuts (November Embellishment kit).
I also stamped the beautiful tree from the Wish Season 4″x 6″ Photopolymer Stamp Set with all three inks from the Color kit, but finally only used the green and blue ones on my page.
I added a few teared patterned papers (November Paper kit) on the top of the page with ephemera ornaments. My title comes from the HKC Exclusive Wish Season Chipboard Phrases (Main kit).

I love the soft and hazy look of my mixed media backround mixed with the beautiful bold colors of the November kits !
