Hello everyone! Christina here with a new layout inspiration for you, using the Hip Kit Club April 2021 Main & Embellishment Kits. My assignment for today was to incorporate bits & pieces from 5 patterned papers, one alphabet set and one package of embellishments of my choice.
And here’s what I came up with:

So I chose 5 papers from the Maggie Holmes “Garden Party” collection: “Trellis”, “Wildflower”, “Gingham Grove”, “Garden Stroll” & “Blossom In Bleu” and the puffy phrase stickers from the Main Kit, plus the Simple Stories “Bunnies & Blooms” bits & pieces die cuts (awwww, they are soooo cute!) from the Embellishment Kit.
I cut a few strips from the “Trellis” paper and arrangend them horizontally and vertically on my white cardstock, and also added some strips from the “Garden Stroll” paper on top. Next, I matted my photo on 3 different patterned papers in various sizes and glued it down.
To finish it up, I added a lot of fussy cut flowers and leaves from the “Wildflower” paper around the photo, bits & pieces from Simple Stories and the title (Maggie Holmes puffy phrase stickers). And of course some paint splatters, as always.
