Hello Hip Kit friends, Becki here to share with you a layout that I created using the April 2021 kits and a subscriber cut file. This cut file (and MANY more) are free for Hip Kit subscribers!!!

I fell in love with the circles and especially the pie shapes within each circle. I knew I wanted to add tons of patterned papers to those little pie shaped pieces. I backed the entire cut file with patterned papers from the April 2021 kits. Even though I used the pink plaid patterned paper in the cut file, I couldn’t resist using it as a background as well. You can easily cut a portion of the patterned paper out of the middle of the background. It can easily be covered by the cut file. Simply trace the cut file and cut away where the circles will be.

After backing the cut file and adhering it to the background, I added my photo. There are layers of 3×4 cards from the pocket life kit. Because my background and the cut file are very busy, I kept my embellishments to a minimum and only added a couple of butterflies and some of the gorgeous Say It In Crystals by Prima.

The black Thickers in the main kit are perfection!! I love creating bold titles with them! I combined the black thickers with a “hello” sticker to create my title.

I added strips of printed journaling to finish everything off. I absolutely love the pocket life cards in this kit. They’re beautiful and perfect to use out of the pocket on a layout!!
