Hello friends, it’s Lory here today to share with you what I thought to start creating this page. First of all my assignment was to focus my attention on floral die cuts, frames and fringes. So I started from a white background because I love how the final page turns out mixing many colors.
The flowers from the February 2021 main kit are in soft colors so I thought they were perfect to create a page with the first photo I took to my second child, Nicolò’. I love this picture so much! It means a lot to me! Before to stick the pic and the frame above it I made some drops of black ink here and there to dilute the white background.

Then I started creating layers of leaves, flowers, fringed flowers just with a circle punch and my scissors, vellum leaves and mixing and playing with the different shapes and colors of the flowers from the “some days” collection from Pink Fresh Studio. A cluster that went through a diagonal in the page with in its center the frame with the picture. The colorful frame is from the amazing February 2021 embellishments kit. I love how the page was coming out while I was creating. Have you ever had the sensazione of being satisfied about what you are creating?
At the end I simply played with the flowers, adding some embellishments from the February 2021 main and the embellishments kit. I usually love to handle the flowers to add them dimension and to give dynamism to my page. I really hope you like the page and will be inspired to play with the gorgeous kits to use them completely 🙂
