Hi Everyone! It’s Yui (@09yui215) on the Hip Kit Club blog today sharing my first design team layout which was inspired by our March Sketch created by Niki Rowland. To create my page I gathered a few of the lovely HKC exclusive products from our February 2021 Hip Kits.

Have you looked at the lovely HKC exclusive die-cuts from February 2021 Embellishment Kit? There are a lot of brightly colored hearts and flowers, which I love! The colors reminded me of a picture taken in a pretty field of flowers.
First, I cut the photo into a 5 inch circle, then from the die-cuts I selected hearts for the main embellishment cluster (shown as large stars on the sketch). Then I placed flowers around the photo.
I decided on a blue title for an accent color. Then to finish the page, I put strips of patterned papers on the top and bottom of the layout using two of the HKC exclusive papers included in our February 2021 Main Kit. Cross-stitching and a few sequins add great dimension. I love the result!
