Sophie with you today with a mood board inspired layout !

Here is the November mood board designed by the lovely Emilie Chamel:

Here is my step-by-step process to build my page. Everything I used here is from the October 2020 Kits.

I focussed on the wreath on the upper middle image and on the right lower image, where you see the three little white pumpkins in a vertical design.

I couldn’t resist to use the October 2020 Subscriber cut file « Pumpkin » that I cut in three different sizes, and the September 2020 Subscriber cut file « Scribble Wreath » that I also cut in three different sizes.

I ended up using only two of the wreaths on my design, but this was my starting point.

I decided to use the American Crafts Kraft Cardstock for my background. I applied some white gesso and played with two of the three Lindy’s Stamp Gang Magical Shimmering Watercolors: Red Hot Poker Orange & Marigold Yellow.

I backed the pumpkins with the Cozy Days patterned papers Happy Falliday and Sweater & Boots, and with the Amy Tangerine Late Afternoon Winding Down paper (October 2020 paper kit). I also used matching cardstock (October 2020 cardstock kit).

I kept the inner cut pieces of the pumpkins and added them staggered and with adhesive foam on the colored cardstocks.

Then, I fussy cut beautiful leaves out of the gorgeous Crate Paper Wild Rose Paper, punched out of cardstock other leaves and also used the Simple Stories Cozy Days Sticker Book (Pocket Life kit) for tiny flowers and leaves to create clusters around the pumpkins.

I teared a big chunk out of the Amy Tangerine Late Afternoon Winding Down paper and adhered it to the left side of the layout, to add to my vertical design.

My title comes from the Simple Stories Cozy Days Foam Stickers (Embellishment kit), the Jen Hadfield Gold Puffy Phrase Thickers (Main kit) and the Simple Stories Cozy Days Chipboard Stickers (Main kit)
