Hi Friends! Today, I’m sharing a couple of really simple and cute cards and matching envelopes using the August 2020 Hip Kits. I’m highlighting the beautiful exclusive patterned papers as well as the amazing stamp sets we got this month in the Color Kit and the Stamp Kit.

 

For my first card, I used craft cardstock for the base and patterned paper for the background. I fussy cut flowers from a different Hip Kit Club exclusive patterned paper to embellish the card. I’ve been dying to try the Heidi Swapp alpha stamp set we got in our August 2020 Color Kit. I stamped them on the same patterned paper, fussy cut each letter separately, and added adhesive foam on the back to pop the sentiment of the card.

 

 

I added a few Echo Park enamel dots as well as two Simple Stories decorative brads that match each flower.

I worked with the PinkFresh Studio stamp we got in the August 2020 Stamp Kit. I stamped the same section of the stand-alone chevron pattern rubber stamp using the Prima Marketing ink pads from the August Color Kit as well as the ones we got on previous kits to create my background. I embellished the card overlapping one HKC exclusive chipboard stamp on top of a Simple Stories chipboard stamp and added a few Echo Park enamel dots.
