Mood Board Inspired Layout – Anke Kramer

Hello Hip Kit friends, Anke here with you sharing  new layout inspired by the gorgeous August Mood Board, designed by Emilie Chamel.

I’m super happy that I got my July Kits a few days ago because the papers and embellishments match the colors and designs of the mood board perfectly.

First I cut off a piece of the Dear Lizzy – Here & Now – Splendid Paper for my background. Then I backed my photo with one of the cards from the July Pocket Life Kit.

I cut into the card and around the pineapple and the leaf so I could slide the photo in. Before I adhered the card I distressed the edges.

Then I picked out some die cuts from the Hip Kit Club Exclusive – Bring on the Sunshine – Ephemera pack which is included in the July Main Kit.

I arranged them around my photo together with some fussy cut sunglasses.

For my title I chose one of the Simple Stories – Kate & Ash – Cardstock Layered Foam Phrase Stickers which you can also find in the July Main Kit.

Finally I added some black color splatters, enamel dots and some stickers from the Dear Lizzy Here & Now Sticker Book. The Sticker Book is included in the July Pocket Life Kit.

I had so much fun making this layout and I hope I could inspire you to get out your kits and create something beautiful based on this mood board too.
