Hi Friends! I’m here with a new layout featuring the June 2020 Hip Kits. I made an interactive grid layout highlighting the HKC exclusive cut files and the June stickers from the different kits. I also incorporated three different border punches to add interest to the project. The PinkFresh Studio Let’s Stay home collection is perfect to document our family lives and “adventures”. Most of us have just been able to go from the living room to the kitchen and maybe our backyards (if you are lucky enough to have one) so having an entire collection to help us document that, it’s a blessing.
I started by dividing my white cardstock into 9 sections (only some of them have the machine stitching details on the background) with the idea of creating different clusters. Some of them have photographs, some are only decorated with the exclusive cut files and stickers, and one of them incorporates the journaling.
Having to incorporate the border punches made this task even more fun. These tools add so many details and are so easy to use. I know we sometimes forget we have them but I encourage you to pull them out and start playing with them again.
I created two interactive elements on this page. For the first one, I used one of the PinkFresh Studio Journaling Bits that we get in the Embellishment Kit two cards with photos and journaling and one quote card from the cut-out page in the Main Kit. The second one is a waterfall tag that holds four different photos. I can see the kids studying and drawing, our girl playing with our doggy, some movie time has also been recorded as well as the online learning time. This is such a nice and fun way to make your layouts stand out and come alive.
The title was super easy to put together: I used the Homemade memories cut file from the PinkFresh Studio collection in the Main Kit and created a cluster adding some of the HKC exclusive rainbow cut files from the Embellishment Kit. The number stickers are from Vicki Boutin from past kits.
I have a process video on my YouTube Channel showing you how this interactive and fun Layout came together. Make sure you visit the Hip Kit Club website to grab your July 2020 kits to start creating amazing projects.
If you have any questions about today’s project, please leave them in the comments below and I will answer them I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!
