Hi Friends! I’m back with a new layout featuring the May 2020 Hip Kits. I made a really simple but special layout highlighting some of the patterned papers from the Main Kit and die cuts from the Pocket Life Kit. This photo was taken on our first trip together and with the family and our first New Year celebration spent together. It’s all about the magical number 1!!!

 

 

I decided to use the pink numbered patterned paper from The Stamp Market as my background. I wanted only the number 1 to be seen so I went ahead and created a big cluster on the left side keeping that in mind.

 

 

I fussy cut flowers from two different patterned papers. The big pink and red flowers are from one of the Stamp Market patterned papers and the black and white flowers are from a 5th & Monaco collection by Pink Paislee. You will also see some black and white butterflies all around the layout… those are also from a 5th & Monaco patterned paper.

 

 

I added one of the journaling boxes from The Stamp Market cut apart sheet you can find in the Main Kit and replaced the small “hello” sentiment with a bigger Amy Tangerine die cut that also says “Hello”.

 

 

I created a smaller cluster on the top right section with a small calendar page die-cut and few black and white fussy cut flowers. Both clusters have a beautiful green bow from the Magical Forest collection we got in our March 2020 Kits. I can’t believe I used them ALL!!! I feel I need more of them.  I also used the butterflies to connect the clusters as well.
