Hey there! Jen Schow here, to share a layout I created using the recipe for this Friday’s challenge in the member forum.

Here are the “ingredients” in the recipe:
I used the April 2020 kits to create this layout about a paint class I taught. I wanted to include a bunch of florals because that was the subject of our painting.
My photos included some purple, so I decided to add some purple into the design. There wasn’t much in the April kits, so I added some with mixed media from past color kits (as well as some liquid watercolors from this month’s kit.) I changed the color of the pink puffy alphas with a purple alcohol marker and stitched in purple thread – check that off the list!
I got in some chipboard and fussy cutting (check and check!) in my floral cluster at the bottom right of the stitched circle.
I included three photos – one of me teaching, one of the students painting, and one of the final project. At this point, I only have tags to finish the recipe for creating this layout…
I added one die cut and one fussy cut card from the April PL Kit under my photo to house my journaling and complete the challenge!
