Hello everyone! Christina here with a new layout inspiration for you. I used the Hip Kit Club April 2020 Main & Ebellishment Kit and one of the gorgeous March 2020 cut files that I cut from the “Shortcake” paper from the Maggie Holmes “Sweet Story” collection.

As a base for my layout, I used the “Soft Serve” paper (Maggie Holmes/ “Sweet Story”), which is pretty bold, so the delicate cut file balances out the layout, doesn’t overload it and still leaves room for some more embellishments, like fussy cut flowers, layered butterflies, a couple of pieces from the Ephemera pack (both included in the Main Kit) and my fussy cut title.
As you can see, I did some pretty heavy layering under my photo, because I liked the look of the pattern mix from various papers and pieces from the Ephemera Kit! I mean, I’ve already used so many different colours on my layout, so why not use some more patterns, right?
Some final paint splatters (as always)… And that’s it!
