Hey everybody! Emilie here with a mixed media layout created using the gorgeous Flowers cut file exclusive to Hip Kit Club subscribers. I used the stunning March Hip Kits which is packed full of Paige Evans Bloom Street and Pebbles Jen Hadfield Hey Hello collections.
The March cut files are so inspiring and I decided early on that I would use the flowers one for this layout layering several cuts of the file in different patterned papers to create layers and interest.

I love this photo of Sophia in her unicorn onesie! She is so darn cute and I wanted to reflect the unicorn universe in this layout by making as whimsical as I could!
I started off by applying clear gesso on my background paper. I then played with the Nuvo embellishment mousses both in yellow and pink from the March Color Kit and then added a few touches of powders from the December Color kit to add a touch of reddish pink.
I cut out the Flower cut file in several patterned papers and layered it all slightly off on my background by just applying the odd touch of glue as I wanted the cut file to still float off the page and be loose.
I finished off by adding several stickers, Nuvo drops from the February kit and my journalling around my layout.
