Hello friends. Anett here with a fun Mixed Media layout. I used the December kits and the exclusive cut file – wish season.
I prepped my white cardstock with clear gesso. I used the stencil with some fine texture paste and cover the whole background with stars. Next I sprinkled water to the upper half of the page and scattered Lindy’s Magicals on it. I used Jana’s Jade, Andrea’s Azalea and Matina’s Marigold. Then I sprinkled water again and let the colors spread, some drops run down the page. I let it dry completely. As a finishing touch I added some splatters. This created a wonderful shimmery, colorful background.

I cut the “Wish Season” cutfile and backed it with this beautiful black and white Crate paper cardstock. It creates a lovely contrast to the colorful background. I used the same paper under my photo as well.
I folded the vellum stars to 3D style. I adhered them with foam dot adhesives.
