Hello sweet friends. It’s Kylie back with you all today with a brand new layout I have just completed. It features supplies from the October 2019 Main Kit, the October 2019 Pocket Life kit, as well as the October 2019 Embellishment kit. My assignment for this layout was to feature a product within my layout and I have selected the gorgeous Acetate Die Cuts from the Embellishment kit. These are an exclusive product to the Hip Kit Club and I love the bursts of colour.

 

 

The polka dot paper from Pretty Little Studio was one of my most favourites for October. I loved it so much and couldn’t resist using it in this layout. I cut it 7 inches wide and adhered it over some white cardstock from the Cardstock kit. I added some narrow borders to the join of the papers.One was a decorative base strip from one of the Pretty Little Studio papers and I also fussy cut a scalloped border. It was one of the Truly Grateful papers, designed by Paige Evans with Pink Paislee.

 

 

 

I really loved how the colours of the Acetate Die Cuts intensified when they were placed over white cardstock. I adhered several cascading down the right hand side of my layout as well as tucking some in under my photo for balance.

 

 

There were several pocket life cards with perfect tonings to back my photo with. They were each layered randomly behind the photo with the edges distressed a little.My title was created with the stunning black alpha stickers from the Main Kit. For a little texture I added some machine stitching throughout each word.

 

 

To support the theme of my layout I added some of the exclusive stickers and die cuts surrounding my photo. Some were added with foam tape adhesive so that they sat up a little giving the appearance of having dimension.
