Picture Perfect, featuring Pretty Little Studio frames | Jung AhSang

Hello friends!  It’s Jung here, and I have a fun layout to share today.  I was challenged to use the August 2019 Main Kit only, and to focus on the Pretty Little Studio frames.  I have had these cute photos of my family and I using the Zodiac filters on my phone for a while now, so I thought it would be perfect to frame them with the PLS frames, and get them on a layout.

After I trimmed and framed my photos, I was looking for a pattern paper I wanted to use as my background.  I fell in love with this Paige Evans paper, because I love the words, and the font as well.  I knew I wanted to line up the frames vertically, and the frames are already busy, and the pattern paper is busy, so I used some white gesso to soften the pattern down the middle.  Since I used gesso on the paper anyway, I decided to add a little bit of mixed media.  I just added a touch of soft pink and purple to the center of the background.

I adhered the frames with the photos on the layout first.  Then, I added the “picture perfect” banner title from the Paige Evans ephemera.  I really love it when I can add a pre-made title to my page!

To embellish the layout, I added more flowers and a butterfly from the Paige Evans ephemera.  I added a tiny Pinfrehs Studio 3D ephemera, and some gold glitter enamel dots.  I finished off my layout by adding the journaling strips, mentioning a few characteristics for each of our signs.

I love how this layout turned out!  The Pretty Little Studio frames are so cute, and I am also loving Paige Evans’ new Truly Grateful line; the colors are perfect for these photos!  I hope you were inspired by my layout.  Don’t forget to stop by the Hip Kit Club website, and check out the gorgeous August kits!

Thanks for stopping by!
