Happy Tuesday Everyone! Martina here with you today. Since we’re having a Family&Friends themed week and my assignement was to create a Mini Album I immediately knew that I’d like to create a Travelers Notebook (TN) inspired Mini Album for my former DT pal and now reallife friend, Heidi.

She is my absolute TN superhero so I really do hope she likes my little album.

To get started, I have cut the HKC “Pebbles” Cutfile from the Vicki Boutin Color Caleidoscope “Side Note” Paper. And I have cut down two sheets of Marshmallow White and one sheet ot the TuTu Pink Cardstock to 11×21 cm (which is approx. 4.33×8.25in).

I also went through all the gorgeous Patterned Papers that are included in the June 2019 Hip Kit Main Kit and decided that I’d like to incooperate the Heidi Swapp Color Fresh “Oh Yeah” or “Conting on you” papers.

And I grabbed my June 2019 Color Kit Lindy’s Stamp Gang Magicals (Azure Sea Asters and Summer Loving Sun) to mix a color which matches to the color of the Pebbles Cut File as well as Pink Ladies Pink which was part of the April 2019 Color Kit.

I watered some of the Lindy’s Magical Powder down and made some brush strokes with both colors onto each (right) sige of my album pages.

(Don’t forget to give the colors the time to dry completely before you add the next one!)

During the drying time, I grabbed some of the circles which were left over from my HKC “Pebbles” Cut File and stitched some hearts on them. One of the Vicki Boutin Ephemera hearts from the June 2019 Hip Kit Main Kit was a perfectly matching and super handy template!

I have cut the Cut File apart, glued it to the pack ot my album pages and have sewn the pages and the cover together, using a simple long stitch binding.

Then I glued pieces of the Heidi Swapp Color Fresh “Counting on you” and the Tutu Pink Cardstock onto the left sides of my album pages.

After that was done, the embellishment fun could start!

I added one of my stitched hearts and a picture of the two uf us onto to each page.

I also added some of the Heidi Swapp “Color Fresh” Stamps and Stickers to each page.

Between all this gorgeous Embellishments, I snekaed in some of the beautiful Vicki Boutin “Color Kaleidoscope” Ephemera.

On the title page, I have also glued a piece of the HKC “Pebbles” Cut File, a Sparkle Thickers Title and added some Heidi Swapp “Color Fresh” Bits and Pieces to make it complete.
