Hello everyone ! It’s Sophie here to share a layout that I had the pleasure to create with the May 2019 kits. It features (once again !) my cute little daughter who still loves to smile at the camera !

 

 

My assignment for today was to use multiple cut files on a page. Kind of easy with the enormous choice we have on the Hip Kit Club site !

 

I started with the Daisy Chain Subscriber cut file from last May. I erased the wreath shape on my cutting machine to only get the Daisies and leaves. I cut it on white Cardstock and on different pattern papers from the paper kit. I inked the white leaves with the Lindy’s Stamp Gang Afternoon Delight Denim Magical Shaker from the May color kit and the Lindy’s Stamp Gang Mad Hatter Mint Starburst Shimmer Spray from the March 2019 color kit.

 

Then, I cut a few Spiral Flowers from the April 2019 Subscriber cut file to put in the middle of my flowers, and I arranged everything in two big clusters around my photo. I fussy cut plenty of small pink flowers and green leaves out of the Dear Lizzy Seek Magic Paper as well as gold flowers from the Dear Lizzy Gold Foiled Vellum paper to add here and there on my layout.

 

I also used the May 2019 Freebie Cutfile for my title, cutting it first on the Bazzil Pinkini cardstock from the May Cardstock kit, and on a blue pattern paper from the paper kit, to make the pink pop out a little bit more.

 

Finally, I added a few more embellishments, like those cute paper tassels from Crate Paper that come in the May embellishment kit and a fabric bow that is a HKC Exclusive in the May main kit.

 

I wrote my journaling as a single line on the top of my layout, added a few gold splatters, et voilà !!!
