Hi everyone, Jana back again and i have fun new Layout for you…
i am working with the April 2019 Hip Kits and my Theme for today: Sunburst Paper, Machine/Hand stitching and Mothers Day. I am scrapping two pictures from my oldest one, who made me a mom nearly 18 years ago… i am not going to be sentimental now, but oh boy… i can´t believe it!
I started with punching out a lot of different sized hearts. I stayed in the same order like the patterned paper but i wanted to use some more of the sunburst paper and so i decided to cut out the middle part. I cut the the colors apart and stitched everything down with my sewing maching. I used matching thread on each color, this was taking for ages, but ireally love it!

I added white acrylic paint splatters on top of the hearts and the middle part. For the elements i used some tone on tone things. Puffy Stickers, Chipboard Stickers and matching ephemera pieces. I really love this technique!

I have three boys but it is very hard to get them all on a picture, so i am thankful that he is always there for some selfies…
